"We met Chelsea at a prior workplace and our puppy was absolutely horrible for nail trims one place refused to trim him, another had to have 3 people holding him to do his nails. You would have thought they were cutting his legs off with the noises you could hear clear across the store. Then we got Chelsea. She had us come in every week just for him to get used to being on the table and the sounds and very quickly he realized he was safe with her. He turned into an angel that jumps up on the table on his own and patiently waits for his appointment to be done. We’ve been going to her for over 4 years now and we could not recommend her more! We will follow her anywhere!"

"I brought in my long-haired German Shepherd, who has a very high prey drive and can be overstimulated in busy environments, so I was honestly a little nervous about how the appointment would go. From the moment we walked in, Chelsea and Jen, the owners, were welcoming, calm, and clearly experienced with high-energy working breeds. They took the time to let her acclimate instead of rushing her straight to the table. Jen, who personally handled the groom, explained her approach, asked thoughtful questions about triggers, and managed her with confident, steady control — exactly what a Shepherd needs. It was obvious she understands both breed temperament and coat structure, and how to keep a driven dog regulated throughout the process. When I picked her up, she looked phenomenal. Her long double coat was perfectly de-shed and blown out, feathering trimmed neatly without removing length, and her natural outline was preserved beautifully. No harsh clip lines, no over-thinning — just a clean, healthy, balanced finish. Even her paws and sanitary trim were done meticulously. Most importantly, she came out relaxed. Not stressed, not frantic — just happy and confident. That alone speaks volumes about Jen’s skill and handling ability. You can tell Chelsea and Jen have built a business around professionalism, patience, and true knowledge of dogs. If you have a long-haired German Shepherd — especially one with drive and intensity — I cannot recommend Chelsea and Jen enough. We will absolutely be back! Kara"
